Experienced HR Consultant

     Human Relations Consulting AD (HRC AD) is an internationally aligned enterprise with consulting authority in classical HR - recruitment, personnel development, personnel trainings and qualifications. In addition to that HRC provides a wide range of internet-based HR-services through its own internet job portals www.JobsPartner.bg and www.ITJobs.bg

     We seek for a creative and influential HR professional who will join our young and dynamic team. You will have the possibility to build and run a newly created HR-practice, including set-up of methodology and refine the existing process. We expect that you have minimum 3 years experience in a field of HR consulting.

     The knowledge of HR-consulting methodology and industry norms are essential for the required candidate. Strong work ethic and positive attitude is a must. The further HR consultant must be dependable, assertive and results oriented. The candidate must be able to work independently and possess strong time management and communication skills.

     Previous experience of working with international clients would be an advantage for the successful candidate. The knowledge of foreign languages preferably English and/or German would be very helpful for the job.
